Choral Camp

SMC's Choral Camp is an intensive, one-week residential camp for high school students designed to encourage the advanced study of choral and vocal music.

During the day, students refine their vocal skills, learn advanced musicianship techniques with challenging instruction from the region's top musicians, and explore career interests. In the evening, they enjoy organized group activities, free time, and the use of the Student Activity Center.

5-6 p.m. Dinner (Provided)
6-7:30 p.m. Free Time
7:30-9 p.m. Evening Activity


Camp participants stay in SMC's apartment-style residence halls under the supervision of our professional housing staff. Fee for the camp ($400 by July 12) includes intensive instruction, housing, social events, lunch, and dinner.

Choral Camp concludes with a final public concert on July 26 at 7:30 p.m. in the Dale A. Lyons Theatre on SMC's Dowagiac Campus.
