“Bayou Breakdown”

The SMC Bands will take you down the Mississippi to the birthplace of Jazz—New Orleans. Enjoy music from Louis Armstrong, Mongo Santamaria, Frank Ticheli, Brant Karrick, and others.

Make it a night and arrive early, as Nola Roux will offer all of your favorite mouthwatering Cajun eats ($) from 5-7 p.m. just outside of the Dale A. Lyons Building.

Alumni are invited to join the band and chorus as we close the concert with the SMC Alma Mater. This event is free and open to the public.

All performances are in the theatre in the Dale A. Lyons Building on the SMC Dowagiac campus.
