Course Description

Prerequisite: Minimum grade of C in EDUC 115. Targets physical/motor, socio-emotional, cognitive and language development of children from conception through age eight. There will be a focus on the importance of observation, impact of family relationships, developmental milestones, individual diversity, appropriate environments and strategies to enhance development. Students are expected to observe and record the behaviors of young children. [Semesters Offered: Spring]
