Course Description
Prerequisite: Minimum grade of C in LEGA 102 and LEGA 203. This course is designed to provide an in-depth analysis in the pre-trial, trial, and post-trial procedures in a typical criminal litigation. This will be done by studying constitutional safeguards and procedures necessary from arrest through trial and sentencing. Also, this course will examine substantive elements of crimes and defenses. [Semesters Offered: Spring]
